I was reminded of July 2021, when I started my studies in Geneva, Switzerland and when the UN Geneva headquarters promoted South Korea from the developing country group to the developed country category for the first time in history. I was deeply moved by this event and wanted to encapsulate this mix of emotions into my composition.
